I currently work as Program Evaluator / Coach at Grupo Nexos, where I specialize in empowering leaders to optimize their leadership potential when navigating the challenges and obstacles of corporate dynamics and to achieve new orbits of success.
I was trained as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, currently work as an HR Analyst, but I am a life-long learner at heart. Doing consulting, the most satisfying aspect of what I do is learning about what other smart and curious individuals are investigating, discovering new findings, while helping them solve a problem along the way. It is absolutely a two way avenue where I get to help them, but I also get to grow so much from doing something new or different with every single researcher. It is a privilege and an honor that I do not take for granted.

What is the scope of your services?For the most part, our services are limited to helping you within the scope of your research methodology and interpreting your research results. We may also provide some help about how other sections of your research should look like. Nonetheless we do not provide recommendations about the research topic that you should study, what your objectives should be, the theory or theoretical framework of your project, the quality of your literature review, nor the quality of your conclusions. As you probably know, these remain specialized and field-specific aspects of your project that, outside of our area of research expertise, we may not posses the appropriate background to properly assist you.

What information do you need from me in order to provide your best services?Even though we will still be able to help you if you do not have this information ready before our first meeting, it will be of great benefit to both parts if you share with us the following: 1. For yet to-be written research projects or proposals: o Interests and research background information. o Research questions and objectives. o Possible research method o Research hypothesis 2. For already submitted research projects: o Research proposal (especially the research methods section). o Research instruments used (questionnaires/survey instruments used). o Data: this may be shared in Excel format or other.

What software do you use to conduct data analyses?We will handle your data analyses using the following software, ordered from most to least requested: SPSS (AMOS) STATA SAS Excel

Will you write my thesis or dissertation?For evident ethical and integrity reasons, we will NOT write any section of your project. We believe our clients are highly intelligent, and responsible students or professionals with unparalleled moral values that are seeking a more individualized statistical analysis companionship than the help they may have available. However, we will provide you with a report detailing the statistical analysis that we carry out, the rationale for them, and how they were interpreted in relation to your research objectives and hypotheses.

Will you help me prepare for my thesis/dissertation (or project) defense?Even though we will provide a detailed description of the analyses we conduct and their interpretation for you to feel confident in defending it, we are also available to schedule separated sessions where you will be able to practice your defense with us and receive our feedback.

How will you protect my confidentiality?Every information we share, starting from our initial communication up to the last part of our agreement will be treated as strictly confidential. Your personal information: We will not maintain complete confidentiality regarding your contact information. Any other personal information will not be required. This includes financial information, professional, or educational affiliation. We may ask about your current field of education or area of specialization for the sole purpose of understanding the nature of the research being carried out. Property rights: Any data provided to us will remain your sole property. Furthermore, we will not ask that our contributions be acknowledged in your work.

Can you help me with my qualitative project?Unfortunately, we do not provide consulting services for qualitative research.

How do I cancel a meeting?In agreement with our cancellation policy, we require that meetings be cancelled no less than 24 hours before the originally scheduled session. To cancel a meeting, send an email to info.newpathway@gmail.com with the subject line "Meeting Cancellation". Also be advised that certain penalties may apply if you don not cancel within the established timeline.
